Small, cozy spot with delicious sushi. Additional seating on outside deck in the summertime. Call ahead to make a reservation.

I love sushi, but it is close to the bottom of my list of things I look for in Wyoming. But, by any standard, these guys do a great job. Their desserts are worth a serious look as well. You should definitely make reservations and be prepared for an expensive dinner.
