I love sushi, but it is close to the bottom of my list of things I look for in Wyoming. But, by any standard, these guys do a great job. Their desserts are worth a serious look as well. You should definitely make reservations and be prepared for an expensive dinner.

Decor is fun - log cabin like, western, lots of wildlife on the walls. Its a pretty good steakhouse, with lots of wild game on the menu. This is a place to be a little adventurous. Reservations and a fat wallet required.

If you gotta have starbucks (I am sometimes guilty, btw) its in the center of town. But, you might try Cowboy Coffee just across the square for something a little different and local

Locally roasted coffee, teas, smoothies and great food also. I am a black coffee with a couple of shots of expression kinda person (which they do well). But if you are into it, you can get Huckleberry , snickers, or cuban lattes here --- your starbucks can't do that!
