There is a nearby coffee shop (Haddon Hill Cafe) if you are doing laundry in the morning/early afternoon, and a pizza parlor (Leaning Tower of Haddon Hill) with beer/wine if you are there in the afternoon/evening.

Just down the block, this is a great place to do a quick load of laundry or use their wash and fold service.
