Bear River, close to Bear River First Nation, also has beautiful views and is often called the Switzerland of Nova Scotia. Only a short drive from the property.

Bear River Winery is a family operated boutique micro wine grower producing small lots of hand crafted wines using traditional methods from grapes sourced in and around northern Sierra vineyards. Open for complimentary public tastings on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's from 12:00 – 5:00 pm Call first, it's a fair drive!
