rost Beer Works is a small microbrewery in Hinesburg, Vermont. Beer is our passion. We are committed to using high quality raw materials and effective brewery processes to produce flavorful, well-balanced beers. The beers we make are the beers we like to drink. Many consider hoppy to be synonymous with bitter, when in truth, hops can contribute much more to beer than just bitterness. Our intention is to craft balanced beers with low, restrained bitterness that showcase the aromas and soft flavors hops can produce. Think tropical and citrus characteristics; specifically, elements of pineapple, papaya, passionfruit, mango, peach, orange, and grapefruit. We encourage everyone from hardcore craft beer enthusiasts to curious newcomers to discover our flavorful, balanced, and delicious approach to hoppy beers.
