Singerheimen is a special place in Olden, which in the past meant a lot to the locals there. This was the home of the American millionaire and painter William Henry Singer Jr. and his wife Anna. The property consists of 9 buildings, all except the mausoleum is painted in a special turquoise / green color. The villa was built in 1921. Unfortunately, Singerheimen is closed throughout 2019 when future operations are unresolved. But can still be seen from the outside. Interesting story to read about, recommend seeing the place.

Her kan du få omvisningen. Amerikansk billedkunstner og millionær forelsket seg i naturen og folket i Olden. De bygde og bosatte seg her, bygningene bærer fremdeles preg av den tids rikdommen.
