Rare Bird is the rooftop lounge at the Noelle Hotel. It's a great spot to get a view of the city while sipping a craft cocktail.

That view...This is a rooftop bar that is off of Broadway and is a little slice of rooftop paradise. It has some of the best views of the downtown skyline and it is rarely crowded (well, until the weather is absolutely perfect). It is a Speakeasy located inside of the Noelle Hotel. You have to go to the front desk so they can discretely point you in the direction of the elevator...worth the experience even if it's for just one drink.
