Take a beautiful walk around the harbour and get up close to Burry Port's iconic lighthouse built in the 1830s. A wonderful place to eat your fish and chips and take photos while looking out into the North Atlantic.

Burry Port has a lovely beach, great walks/cycle rides along the Millenium Coastal Path...a picturesque Harbour...and of course the Lighthouse...with views across to Gower and another lighthouse. Our favourite cafe here is Caffi Lolfa.

Burry Port’s iconic lighthouse and sandy beaches are a must visit during your stay. Burry Port Harbour is an historic port where Amelia Earhart landed on her flight across the Atlantic in 1928. A memorial commemorates the occasion.

Burry Port is a great place for all. You can enjoy the harbour, the beaches, the RNLI Station & shop, the lighthouse & take a walk along the coastal path or just sit & enjoy the view while having an ice-cream. Approximately a 6 mile drive from Number Eleven.
