Real-deal, whole-animal butcher dudes. When you're in the mood to grill, go here! Amazing grass-fed steaks, house-made sausages and the most helpful, knowledgeable butchers around. On weekends, they also make the most insane ham biscuits with hot sauce and honey. Also a great place any day for great sandwiches.
