It was an oil boom town in the 1880's. Now you can go hiking, ride your horse on the trails which go into the backcountry. There are historic buildings still standing along with the mansion, a barn and a one-room school house.

its been around since the 1800's. Used to be a oil mining town. It's a ghost town now with hiking trails but you have to park your car and walk.
