Take a walk/hike in the Foothill Regional Park. There are so many trails within this park. You can choose your destiny if youd like something a little easier. Or if you feel like a champ and want a challenge, climb the Alta Vista trail.

The Foothills Regional Park is part of the Sonoma County Regional Parks system. There are hiking trails, 3 ponds and a view of the whole Windsor, Healdsburg, West County and Santa Rosa areas!

Hundreds of acres with trails running through the hills available for exploration. Listen to the birds and life, observe the local plant life, or sit by the water on the banks of a small lake.

A hike up to the top will take your breath away literally and figuratively but if you want an easier hike you can do that too. Occasional Mountain Lion sightings so hiker beware.
