If you're venturing into Brighton and fancy a special meal try Silo. It's a unique restaurant where the production of waste has been eliminated by choosing to trade directly with farmers, using re-usable delivery vessels and choosing local ingredients that themselves generated no waste.

Most amazing breakfast, most amazing lunch, most amazing dinner, can you tell this is my favourite place? Silo was conceived from a desire to innovate the food industry whilst demonstrating respect: respect for the environment, respect for the way our food is generated and respect for the nourishment given to our bodies. This means that they create everything from its whole form cutting out food miles and over-processing whilst preserving nutrients and the integrity of the ingredients in the process.

Brilliant, sustainable cafe/restaurant. Real food made from scratch using local ingredients. Best food in town (in my opinion!). Low key, renovated with recyclables warehouse type feel.
