Hiking through lava tubes. I haven't personally been but the reviews on TripAdvisor are excellent.

This is a once in a lifetime trip into the depths of the Big Island. A wonderful tour that can be very easy for everyone or you can opt for the intensive spelunking experience. Schedule your tour before you arrive if you’re only staying a short time. Bookings can get tricky if you don’t have extra days.
