Jeff at SUP Odyssey offers Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) rentals, tours, and SUP yoga classes. You can paddle or take a yoga class on a private local lake, take a guided SUP tour down the Russian River.

Want to learn to do stand up paddle boarding? We have yet to try this, but it's on my list!! The first person at River's Nest who reserves this gets an extra bottle of house wine on me for the review!
