Opposite the expensive Café Francoeur but budget prices and good, simple food. Nice happy hour rates. Go for a beer and chips! Downside: no sun

For a drink with young and cool people. Avoid the "Francoeur" on the other side (the interior is totally fake and it's absolutly overpriced)
