This is your classic Southern style Pho Bo, they will give you a hearty bowl with lots of fresh herbs. Our favourite is Pho Tai Bo Vien (medium cooked beef and beef balls)

This is well known for beef noodles. Avoid raw beef (pho tai) as it might be too chewy.
