San Fermin is a 'loco' carnival but in a modern city so you will have all kinds of transport to choose from. But remember the first few holidays (July 5th-9th) could be a problem to get a taxi. There are urban bus running 24 hours a day. You can also go to San Sebastian by taking a bus from Central Station. Or you can rent a car. You decides your travel plan.
