Built in classic Spanish Mission style, complete with adobe colour palette, the Fitzroy Garden’s lovely Conservatory building opened in March 1930. The Conservatory exhibits five floral displays.

The Conservatory is a luxuriously decorated and fancy buffet restaurant. They offer unlimited servings of smoked salmon, oysters, brisket, sushi and more. Their desserts include soufflés and macarons. Book ahead of time and dress to impress.

Best buffet around here. The breakfast buffet is really great for value, they do chocolate fountain too!
