Stunning wide open beach with hardly a soul present, even on weekends. Easy access to beach from parking sites. Multiple entrances to beach from Hwy. The further south parking/entrance is a longer walk through beautiful sand dunes down to the beach. The northern entrance (adjacent to KOA camp site) has a parking spot immediately adjacent to the beach for quick and easy ocean access. 4.7 miles to the south.

You can see this beach from the living room! Sand dunes, flat grasslands, with nearly 18,000 feet of ocean frontage. The beach line curves gently to form a "catch basin" for sea debris, which accounts for the volume of driftwood found here.

Gorgeous, wild eight mile stretch of beach. Ask us for directions to the Alder Creek entrance, where the San Andreas Faultline runs out to the ocean.
