You can hire a good range of bikes from the Mantra reception area to explore the many kilometres of Bike trails both south through to Casuarina and Cabarita or North to Kingscliff. All the trails are adjacent to the beach, often under trees to offer some protection from the sun. You will just need photo id and to pay when you hire. Rates are very reasonable and they even have a bike to seat 4 people.
