Downtown has a lot of good barbeque restaurants. Albert G's is one of my favorites.

Some of the best BBQ Tulsa has to offer, and a large selection of whiskeys, all in a very cool setting. I also recommend their BLT, which has the largest pile of bacon on it that I've ever seen.
