Best. Coffee. In. The. World. Also amazing tea. They use a proprietary low-acid process to brew coffee. Watch out though, it's super-strong.

The 'rare' part of their name is spot on. I've been to a lot of coffee places and the ambiance alone makes them rare. It feels more like a Japanese tea shop than a coffee shop
