A relatively short hike for the area, which offers a 360 view of the Valley from its peak. There is a direct, steep route as well as an easier, but longer off shoot called the Lazy Moose trail.

This hike is a truly awesome hike, however it is a more difficult and longer hike. The main trail at the beginning is pretty much straight up through the trees, but definitely worth the hike. There is a side trail that zig-zags through brush. It is an equally awesome hike, just be prepared for a longer hike. Once you get through that, it is beautiful to walk on the mountain and see the view below and the mountains surrounding you.
