My favourite place to have lunch with my mom: old design classics, and the best "smørrebrød" (if you don't know it, look it up) with a modern twist. YUM!

The Michelin Plate - gourmet restaurants at fair prices You can for instance try an open sandwich, danish style, which is based a a slice of rye bread with various delicious topping. Enjoy with a nice glass of bear and the subtle tones will come together - just doesn't come any better. They have many other options too.
