This is a fun, bohemian restaurant just north of town in the lovely and fairly fancy enclave of Tesuque (kind of feels like Topanga Canyon, if that means anything to you). Great breakfast, margaritas, queso etc. There is lots of outdoor seating but it's also generally quite crowded and there's basically always a wait.

Great cafe, restaurant, bar and neighborhood hangout where you can people-watch the Tesuque crowd. About 10-15 minutes away. You can grab a margarita after hiking the Windsor trail nearby. Outdoor seating available.
