This is a popular yoga spot.. It's inexpensive with classes such as "Yoga Hour" in the $5 range, but class size can be big and crowded . the style is "power flow" yoga. I like their smaller classes. they have specialty classes like "love yo body" which are $7 -9 and in a smaller studio.

$5 yoga options, but not every class. Get there early because classes fill up fast.
