Michelin Starred restaurant, only open for lunch, but what a lunch, situated in the small but beautiful Historical Herb Garden (next to a hospital, herbs and medicins...) from Antwerp. Het Gebaar is fantastic. But if you eat inside you must know the atmosphere is very formal (too formal we think, but that does not keep us from going there, not at all!). It can be stiff inside, depending on the other guests. But van Damme, the chef, is really a talent. He cooks fantastic. When the weather is nice, you can eat outside, even under umbrellas. Eating outside, almost in the garden, adds a taste to your lunch. Dishes are miraculous.

Ready for a high end lunch? great location in the Botanic Gardens. Topchef Roger van Damme turns eating desert in a lifetime experience. reserevation recommended and pls check the opening hours.
