Lovely new neighbourhood with an oceanside walkway, picnic spots, children's playground and a small nature island to explore. Cafes, grocery and liquor stores. Free outdoor cinema in the summertime.

Walk to Olympic Village it's right on the water and only a five minute walk. Great place to grab a coffee take in the view of science world, downtown and just enjoy the sea wall.
