Best trip for viewing the splendor of the Blue Ridge Mountains, especially in the fall when all the leaves are in full display of colors. Sunrise or sunset, fall or spring the views are just spectacular!

Pack a lunch and enjoy a drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway. It may take a little longer to get to your destination but it is worth it.

All points of the Parkway are fabulous, picturesque, offering many overlooks, long and short hikes. Such a wonderful drive at any time but does close during certain times during the winter.
