Solar roast coffee is the coffee we keep in house, we love it that much. From pastries to breakfast burritos this place is down right delicious.

This is Solar Roast has an amazing street-art mural on the east side of the building as well as a great children's play area, a fire place and super comfy seating. The name Solar Roast comes from how their coffee is roasted. All of the coffee is roasting by solar collectors on the roof of their downtown location in Pueblo.
