Brand new fancy restaurant in a brand new hotel! Very chic.

This restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The renowned chef Dominique Dufour uses local ingredients to create a uniquely Canadian gastronomic experience. I also recommend the bar, and specifically the "coffee + cereal" if you enjoy espresso martinis!
