Best authentic mexican tacos. Best bang for your buck. Inexpensive and the place looks iffy but sometimes that is a good sign when it comes to taco shops. Popular with the locals as well.

This place is legend in Encinitas, well-loved by surfers and all locals. A great, greasy, Mexican Food hole-in-the-wall kind of spot.

This is a classic Southern California taco shop. Not only is it delicious, its right on the other side of the train tracks. Good for anytime of the day or night.
