Chef Nick Wong’s creativity runs wild at UB Preserv, Chris Shepherd’s successor to the legendary Underbelly. The menu shifts weekly, but includes meal kits on Wednesdays, Sunday classics like Vietnamese short rib fajitas, and a takeout and delivery menu Thursday through Saturday.
