This beautiful beach is located next to Fort Gaines on the very furthest east end of the island. It is a beautiful beach with a few small coves for kids to play in calm waters. Leashed dogs are welcome.

Public beach access on the East End of the Island, next to Ft. Gaines. This beach has a brand new, enlarged parking lot.

Short walk from the car to the beach here, but be aware, no public restrooms. It's usually a pretty quiet beach area, my favorite for beach walkers.
