A 5 minute drive out of the town is the main car park and Visitor Centre for the Wyre Forest. This ancient woodland is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and is a haven of peace, nature and wildlife. For thrill seekers, there is also the "Go Ape" attraction where you can swing through the trees!
