The world's cuisine is growing its presence in town with special emphasis recently on the Latin American cuisine. That's is the case of Panca – Cevicheria & Pisco Bar, a project of the Chilean chef Camilo Jaña. Peruvian ceviches is the star of the menu full of South American flavors, with some Japanese influences, where we can find empanadas, anticuchos, sweet potatoes, chulpi corn cobs,chorizo steak as well as tapioca and the infamous dulce de leche, among others. Not forgetting the pisco sour, typical Peruvian cocktail with lime, lemon, egg white and three varieties of drinks to choose from, as Panca is also a nice bar to try on.
