Relax in the natural hot springs, they have a number of pools at different temperatures averaging around 36 degrees. Best enjoyed during the colder winter months between November and January especially in the mornings or late afternoon. As this is in the national park there is a 300B entrance fee. For those not wanting to spend so much i recommend visiting on of the nearby resorts like Pai Hotspring Spa Resort.
