If you want to go for a good stretch after a day in the mountains, or to simply start or continue your yoga practice, The studio has great knowledgeable teachers, and small group settings makes for a great learning opportunity.

Golden Lotus Yoga Studio is so wonderful! With so many varied yoga styles, teachers and class times-you can't go wrong! The modern, bright, clean space is so welcoming and drop ins are encouraged. You may even get, yours truly, for a teacher!
