[I've not been personally] Casa Paco is a historic tapas eatery in Madrid's old town, by Cava Baja. Drop in for some drinks and tapas as part of your tapas and bar hopping experience in that part of town. In and around Cava Baja are plenty of tapas bars to explore. It's especially fun to do this on a Sunday afternoon for lunch, or at night on a weekend.
