Spooner Golf Club is a full-service golf facility open to the public. With its tree-lined eighteen holes cut out from the rolling hills of Washburn County, Spooner Golf Club is a fantastic representation of classic golf at its finest. Spooner Golf Club has grown into being one of the premiere golf courses in Northwest Wisconsin. Yardages range from 5004 yards from the forward tees to 6,416 yards from the back tees with a par of 71.

This golf course is in walking distance from the cabin. Beautiful patio for dinner or drinks after a day on the lake.

Though it's about a 40 minute drive from the cabin this is a wonderful old course with an incredible variety of holes, in great shape and about $50 a round. This is my favorite course in the area though only a tiny cut above Hayward GC.
