Havråtunet is a farm located in a sheltered, southward-facing area at Solstrand, just 4 km from Sofias house. It is listed as a heritage site by the Norwegian Ministry of the Environment. They have a particular focus on research and documentation of old tool cultures, work methods, livestock breeds and plant species. The main objective is to preserve cultural biodiversity, and some of the farmhouses are run using old working methods. The farm houses the old Norwegian sheep and cattle breeds "gamalnorsk sau" and "vestnorsk fjordfe", and cultivates grains, potatoes and old types of fruit trees. Guided tours Sundays from June – August: 12–15.
