Tom's Place, a fine-dining establishment, owned and operated by local celebrity Chef Lasse. Chef Lasse is a Danish Master Chef, hailing from a long line of culinary professionals. He is the host of the TV series Food Is Love. A show were Lasse spends time in the kitchens of some of our region’s most-celebrated restaurants and eateries, learning about the people and culture behind the food, while experiencing the neighborhoods they call home. The series is about community and opening your heart to new ideas, cultures, and experiences.

I've lived in this area and in Chicago. Tom's place is hands-down the closest thing we have to fine dining in this area. Dinner is served in a former speakeasy, and if you haven't got the time or advance reservations, they also serve dinner at the bar.
