The city library is a beautiful building where you can sit and work or enjoy a good book. You can bring your own food, or eat in the café/ restaurant on the ground floor. The library is very well located, next to a Slottsparken, a big and beautiful park where you can stroll and enjoy green areas, trees and community gardens.

Malmö library is a great place for kids, teens and parents. The library is quite modern and has different parts for different age groups. There is a lunch restaurant and just outside a big playground (where you are likely to meet other nice parents) in a beautiful park with statues, canals, birds (once I saw 3 herons at the same time!). Eat in the library restaurant, have an ice cream in the park or bring your pique-nique.
