Turtle Beach is a Very Famous Place amoung the tourists who visit Hikkaduwa, It is only 3km away from the Sailors'Bay At the turtle beach there are totally 8 sea turtles also you can feed the turtles and swim with them . They are there every day and it’s free.... and the best time to visit Turtle Beach is Specialy in the Morning ( Before 10 am) and the Evening (After 4pm) Actually it's Better If you visit the Turtle Beach in early morning by doing that you will be able to avoid the busyness of the turtle beach and you will be able see the turtles without any other tourists Scam Alert - There is a Scam going on at the turtle beach... When you are at there, there will be a guy who having see weed on his hand and once you are close to the turtles he will offer you see weed... and if you took the sea weed from him later he will ask for LKR500 or more money from you.... ( you can easily find the same see weed if you walk along the beach for 500m )
