Part of the up-market Locanda and restaurant Il Capitano next door, this Osteria is unassuming but excellent. Focused on 100% locally sources Umbrian fare, all locally sourced (they even have an olive oil menu!). We have eaten here many times - its a true local gem. Try it, you won't regret it.
