Another great play, walk, refresh, picnic spot. Take your togs and head to the pools by the campsite and car parks, or take your walking shoes (that can get wet!) and a torch and head 20 minutes on the trails to an ever better set of pools and waterfalls. Great for exploring and jumping. If you follow the trail all the way along, you'll end up in the main Karangahake Gorge carpark after another hour or so.

This is a small walk to the MOST AMAZING waterhole! It is worth a trip!

Great day out at this popular swimming hole. Easy walking tracks as well as a longer track to the Kauri Grove.
