35-minute drive up the Cherohala Skyway located in the Cherokee National Forest! The 3.6 mile lakeshore trail features beavers, ducks and other waterfowl. Fishing off the pier you can find bass, catfish and bluegill.

You can kayak or canoe in this lake as well as have a picnic on the beach. Great for hiking—3.1 mile trail.
