It is located on Herastrau Lake East side, has a low-terrace in open air that I like the most and here is the place with a fabulous sunset sightseeing in all seasons.

Excellent scenery, you'll have a perfect lunch, viewing the Herăstrău lake. You can enjoy the sunset. I would recommend you take a taxi for just 19 Lei, around 4.5 EUR.
