Left Bank Ciders makes small-batch ciders and meads that reflect the agricultural and ecological landscapes of the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains. All our ingredients are sourced from within an hour from our cellar where we press, ferment, and age.

I love this place! Amazing local cidery in the cute town of Catskill, NY. They have a great patio out back for relaxing in the warmer months and a warm and cozy vibe inside for the colder ones. The owners opened during the pandemic - show them your support!

Delicious craft ciders from local apples and ingredients, with views of Catskill Creek. If you don't like cider, don't worry - these ciders aren't sweet like that store-bought stuff. Beer, wine, and cocktails available.
