The world-famous Cabot Trail is a stunning drive, whether by car, van or motorbike. Along the way, there are gorgeous views, hidden beaches, excellent campsites and hiking trails, plenty of restaurants, and of course the Artisan Trail with local Cape Breton artists, metalworkers, glass artisans, leatherworkers, potters and more.

Drive and hike the Cabot Trail to experience the full beauty of Cape Breton Island! Stop at one of our many beaches ( eg: Ingonish on the east side or Inverness or Chimney Corner on the west side.) If the beach isn’t your thing, go on a hike - the Skyline trail is a must see! Cheticamp is a lovely quaint town, with several whale watching tours available.
